Terry D. Riddle, Chief Operating Officer

Terry serves as Chief Operating Officer for Amerilodge Hospitality Group. He has over 20 years in the hospitality industry and brings this extensive knowledge to our team. The addition of Mr. Riddle reinforces the Amerilodge ideal of acquiring people with an entrepreneurial sprit. As COO, Terry will be applying that spirit to ensure that the daily operations of the Amerilodge family will further live up to the ideals and values of the Company. This will be achieved by delivering consistent performance across the group to provide superior service experiences for our guests and driving financial results in our hotels.

Prior to Amerilodge, Terry served as General Manager for Holiday Inn Gateway Center and Marriott Courtyard Hotels in Flint, Michigan. Earlier on in his career, Terry has fulfilled several Management positions with such companies as The Omni Detroit, Interstate Hotels and Resorts, and the prestigious Kingsley Hotel & Suites in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Terry has enriched each of these companies by setting and achieving both guest and associate satisfaction benchmarks.

Terry currently serves on the executive Board of the Flint Area CVB, and is involved with local charities including Whaley’s Children’s Home and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Jenny L. Richardson, Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Jenny serves as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Amerilodge Hospitality Group. She has been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and brings her dedication to driving rev par and customer service to this exciting team. Jenny’s key role to her position is to ensure the implementation and execution of strategic sales techniques to acquire new business from each market segment and competitors as well as maintain our current clientele. Her goal for every Amerilodge property is to be a pillar in each community standing out as the lodging facility of choice providing superior guest service and memorable experiences.

Prior to joining the Amerilodge team, Jenny served as Director of Sales of the award winning Holiday Inn Gateway Centre and also the Courtyard by Marriott in Flint, MI. In addition, she has served as a General Manager of 2 restaurants and also Director of Sales and General Manager of Woodfield Golf & Country Club. Each professional endeavor has encompassed growing each facilities management team to provide outstanding guest experiences and driving revenues while managing expenses.

Jenny has coordinated numerous charitable events for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Whaley Children’s Home, Carriage Town Ministries, Eastern Michigan Food Bank and Children’s Miracle Network. In addition she has close professional relationships with representatives of the Genesee Regional Chamber of Commerce, Grand Blanc Chamber of Commerce and the Flint Area Convention of Visitors Bureau.
