Dawn Campbell Dawn is the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express in Howell, Michigan. She joined the Amerilodge Hospitality Group Team in the August of 2008 bringing with her 12 years of hospitality experience. Her extensive knowledge of the industry has been acquired from her previous positions that were held at the Holiday Inn Gateway Centre in Flint, MI. Each position that she executed from Night Audit to Social Coordinator on the Sales Team has made Dawn a fabulous asset to our team. Currently she is involved in her community with assisting in the Fantasy of Lights Parade in Howell in addition to residing on the committee for the Michigan Challenge Balloonfest of Howell.
Ryan Gauthier Ryan Gauthier is currently the Area Manager overseeing the operations of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Grand Blanc, Michigan and the Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites in Fenton, Michigan. Ryan has worked in the hotel industry for over the past decade. He has worked in various hotel organizations including Hyatt, Sheraton, Staybridge Suites, and Marriott. Before joining Amerilodge Hospitality Group in March 2008, Ryan was Assistant General Manager for Hyatt Place hotels, where he oversaw the conversion process from Amerisuites to Hyatt Place at three different properties in Livonia, Utica, and Auburn Hills. Ryan brings a background of operational successes to Amerilodge Hospitality Group from process improvement, revenue generation, hotel development and renovation management, and cost containment.
Dana Thorn Dana Thorn joined the Amerilodge Hospitality Group effective March 15, 2010 as the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Bay City, Michigan. She began her career in the Hospitality Industry with the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Flint, Michigan in 1988, serving in the Audit Department. After 3 years of service, Dana joined the Holiday Inn Gateway Centre in Flint, MI. Her responsibilities at the Gateway Centre property encompassed numerous roles such as Audit, Director of Finance and Front Office Manager. During her 18 years of service at the full service Holiday Inn, she received numerous accolades for her stellar performance. We are pleased to have such a seasoned Hospitality veteran overseeing operations at our property in Bay City. Benjamin Seryani Benjamin Seryani, Area Manager overseeing the Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotels in Tipp City, Ohio, Logansport, Indiana, and Plymouth, Indiana, brings to Amerilodge Hospitality Group over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. As Ben has a unique, culturally diverse background, he is fluent in four languages and has excelled in numerous Management positions encompassing Food & Beverage, Revenue Management and is Master Certified by Cornell University School of Hotel Administration in Hospitality Management.
Wesam Seryani Wesam Seryani currently serves as Area Manager that includes overseeing the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites hotels located in Chesterfield, Michigan and Utica, Michigan. As a seasoned hospitality industry professional, he joined the Amerilodge Hospitality Group in February, 2009 at the new Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Bay City, MI. His career in the hospitality industry spans over 10 years. His background includes extensive experience in Food & Beverage, Guest Satisfaction and overall Departmental Management. Beginning at the Omni Hotel in Detroit, Wesam broadened his food and beverage knowledge to escalate his Managerial career. By enhancing the private Country Club ambiance of the Country Club Detroit located in Grosse Pointe, he received numerous accolades for his stellar performance during his 8 year employment. Wesam also served as the Food & Beverage Manager of J. Porters Steakhouse nestled in Flint, MI. Wesam and his staff are proud for the achievement of an exceptional RevPar Index threshold that they have maintained throughout the time that Wesam has been General Manager at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chesterfield.
Rhonda Williams Rhonda Williams currently serves as the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites located in Logansport, Indiana. She is an industry veteran with a strong focus on quality control and quality process implementation.
Courtney Neely Courtney's Hospitality career started at The Holiday Inn Gateway Centre, Flint MI in 2007 as a Front Desk Representative. She was then promoted to the sales team doing Group Blocks; then in 2009 was promoted to Front Desk Supervisor where she was responsible for managing the Front Desk employees, and also Manager on Duty in the evenings. Leilani Slavenburg Leilani Slavenburg joined the Amerilodge team in June 2009. Starting at the Holiday Inn Express in Bay City as a front desk agent she was quickly promoted to Guest Experience Champion at the Holiday Inn Express in Chesterfield just five months later. Since January 2011 she proudly began her current position there as the Hotel Manager.
Kellie Tomlinson Kellie Tomlinson proudly serves as the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Tipp City, Ohio. Kellie joined the Amerilodge Hospitality Group in April of 2009 as a front desk representative and on December 2011 she accepted her new roll as General Manager. Nick Knight currently serves as the Hotel Manager of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites located in Utica, Michigan. Nick joined the company in September of 2011, bringing with him several years of hotel sales and operations experience. Nick also has a strong background in event and restaurant management. |
