Christine Bennett, Sales Manager

Christine Bennett serves as a Sales Associate for the Amerilodge Hospitality Group.  Christine brings with her extensive experience in customer service, to include event coordinating, fundraising and marketing.

Christine’s previous experience comes from holding the positions of Group Coordinator for Mt. Brighton Ski Area, the Special Event Coordinator for the Howell Conference & Nature Center, and the Administrative Aide for the Livingston County Sheriff Department.  Chris is devoted to providing complete customer satisfaction.


Brandon Gildner, Chief Engineer

Brandon serves as Chief Engineer for Amerilodge Hospitality Group. He oversees all Maintenance operations for each Amerilodge property. Brandon has over 15 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, and has extensive knowledge in hotel maintenance.

He works closely with Amerilodge General Managers and local area inspectors to ensure the utmost quality and adherence to guidelines and certifications. Brandon also manages our engineering staff and coordinates daily, weekly and monthly routine inspections to ensure that Amerilodge guests will have safe and enjoyable stays at our hotels.


Deb Jansen Van Galen, Administrative Assistant

Deb Jansen van Galen serves as the Administrative Assistant for Amerilodge Hospitality Group. She oversees the daily operations of our corporate office. Deb has worked in the hospitality industry as a Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor at IHG and Hilton properties. She spent many years as an Office Aide with the Waterford School District. Deb received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University.

 

Huma Khan, Human Resource Coordinator

Huma Khan serves as the Human Resource Coordinator for Amerilodge Hospitality Group. Prior to working with Amerilodge, Huma was an administrator at a home health agency. She brings experience in HR with health care and has her Masters in Business Administration from Wayne State University. As an HR Coordinator, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruitment & benefit management, payroll processing/ tracking and reporting per hotel.

 

Brenda G. Lambros, Sales Manager

Brenda serves as Sales Manager for Holiday Inn Express, Tipp City, Ohio; Logansport, Indiana; and Plymouth, Indiana.  She has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and brings with her the knowledge of what true hospitality and consumer relations really mean. Brenda's goal is to maximize revenue, increase occupancy, and build lasting business relationships.

Prior to joining the Amerilodge Sales Force, Brenda has served as Director of Sales fo major hotel chains in the Daytona, Ohio, and surrounding areas.  She has served on organizations such as, Professional Women In Business, Chamber of Commerce Committee, Convention and Visitors Bureau Trade Show Representative and 2009 Ambassador For The  American Red Cross.


Nicholas Marcengill, Sales Manager

Nicholas serves as a Sales Manager for Amerilodge Hospitality Group with managed properties in Grand Blanc, Fenton, and Bay City. Nicholas has over ten years of experience within the hospitality field. He has held positions within the Food and Beverage industry which included corporate training with the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, a restaurant General Manager, and most recently worked with the Historic Holly Hotel in Holly, Michigan.

While in South Carolina, Nicholas was a Property Manager with Beach Properties of Hilton Head Island, overseeing a portfolio of more than 280 oceanfront, luxury, vacation homes.

Nicholas has the opportunity to represent our organization’s inaugural Marriott Property. He looks forward to providing our guests with excellent customer service.


Jillian McPherson, Sales Manager

Jillian McPherson joins the Amerilodge Hospitality Group as the Sales Associate for our organization.  Jillian brings her experience from orchestrating the promotions and special events for Greektown Casino as one of many items from her diverse background in sales.  Her current role is descending into markets and uncovering new account potential from the competitive set and converting them to a loyal Amerilodge lodging partner.

Jillian comes with a degree in Organizational Communications and Marketing from Western Michigan University. As a critical part of this growing company, she is dedicated to ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue.


Pamela Montgomery, Revenue Management

Pamela Montgomery served as General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Grand Blanc, Michigan.  As a seasoned hospitality industry professional, she joined the Amerilodge Hospitality Group in April, 2007 to open the then under construction hotel. Her career in the hospitality industry spans over 24 years. Her background includes experience in departmental and overall property management.

Her first thirteen years were spent managing the Hampton Inn & Suites, a 124 room property in the Flint, MI area.The hotel later converted into the Holiday Inn Express – Flint. She later moved to the Holiday Inn Gateway Flint, Michigan, where she handled various roles as Guest Services Manager, Rooms Division Manager, and then Director of Revenue Management over a 10 year period.

In June 2008, the Holiday Inn Express – Grand Blanc was ranked #1 in the entire US and Canada on Quality & Guest Satisfaction, and has consistently placed in the top 5% in Guest Satisfaction.
